** This issue is addressed with ArcGIS 9.1 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **
After installing Internet Explorer 7, opening any geoprocessing dialog box causes ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcScene, or ArcGlobe to crash with an error in mfc71u.dll. Also, the context sensitive 'Export' options in ArcCatalog have the same behavior � Export\To CAD � Export\To Coverage � Export\To Geodatabase (Single) � Export\To Geodatabase (Multiple) � Export\To Shapefile (Single) � Export\To Shapefile (Multiple)
