Additional Information
This is due to local caching in ArcGIS Pro. For more information on cache, refer to the documentation: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/how-caching-works.htm under Cache with web feature layers (feature services) section. For ArcGIS Pro 2.9, an additional controls to disable/empty the feature cache is provided. Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/manage-feature-cache.htm for more information.
Workaround
Insert the feature service to ArcGIS Pro again.
