This issue is not fixed.

Workaround

  • The issue is not reproducible on Windows 2016 OS.

 

  • It is possible to add the attribute geometry fields while running the Add Geometry Attribute tool through a Python script with Python IDLE.

 

  • The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.1
