This bug has been submitted for a version of software that is no longer supported. If this behavior is still occurring in a current release, please contact Support Services.Workaround
Copy/Paste, Export/Import feature class to change the precision from High (Mixed) to High. Recalculating the spatial index of the feature class after the spatial view has been created also appears to fix the issue.Steps to Reproduce
