Margaret Maher 10-14-08This bug should be rejected.GCS_NTF_Paris is defined for France. GCS_North_American_1983 is defined for the North American continent. There are no transformations between a datum defined for France and one defined for North America because they are different continents.GCS_Clarke_1866 is not a valid GCS, because Clarke 1866 is a spheroid not a datum. There are no transformation parameters between a spheroid and a datum.You can't do a geographic transformation between datums that are defined for different continents in any case.Steps to Reproduce
