Geographic Coordinate System transformation dialog: If there is only one transformation in the 'Using' dropdown list, then the dialog should default to showing you that transformation in the Using dropdown list, instead of defaulting to 'None'. This would improve the usability of data sources like MS VE for which we provide one ready to use transformation.
