Geocoding returns zero matches in ArcGIS Online when using ArcGIS Server geocode services referenced over HTTPS protocol with Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 enabled on the web server.

Workaround

Geocode using services referenced over HTTP protocol.Enable SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 protocols on the web server.
