Geocoding a table where the data is parsed into the fields, Address, City, Province, County, with the ArcGIS 10 style North American Address Locator is giving the wrong result. All the addresses are plotted in the same x and y coordinates.

The ArcGIS 10 North American Locator is no longer supported. Please use the World Geocode service instead.
Workaround
Change the locator from “CAN_CityPROV” to “ALL”, then it can match to the correct x and y coordinates.Another workaround:1. Open the address table and go to the table option > Add field. Give the name as street, field type as text, and the length as 255. Click ok.2. Right-click the field 'street' and go to field calculator. Give the following expression to connect the three fields.[Steet_Addr] & " " & [City] & " " & [Province] > Click ok.3. Right-click the table > Geocode address > select address locator 10.0 North American Geocode service.
