GDA94 data is offset incorrectly by 1.5 kilometers in Map Viewer when published as a Hosted Feature service to ArcGIS Enterprise using GDA 1994 to WGS 1984 2 (WKID 9688).

Workaround

Change the map to WGS84 when publishing from ArcGIS Pro to transform the data to WGS84 instead of in Portal for ArcGIS. Alternatively, change the default transformation to another supported transformation when publishing from ArcGIS Pro.
