Additional Information
In the near-term there's no change the behavior of the gallery layout card to support this specific behavior. There is consideration for medium-term changes to the gallery appearance other interactions to help users understand the hovering and/or interacting with a gallery card. In addition, feedback is recorded about the web help documentation.Workaround
Include buttons to make the Gallery card clearer.
