Additional Information

Only the '3D gridded points' option of the GA Layer 3D To NetCDF tool creates a netCDF file that can be rendered as a voxel layer. The 'Custom 3D points' option of the GA Layer 3D To NetCDF tool produces a netCDF file that contains the predictions at each of the point locations. The 'dimension' in their record ID. This file can be queried by software and functions that work with netCDF files. However, for the netCDF file to be rendered as a voxel layer, it must be structured in a very particular way. The point locations must be gridded, and their dimensions must be defined using x, y, and z (or t). When using the '3D gridded points' option of GA Layer 3D To NetCDF, the tool creates a netCDF file with these particular configurations, which can then be rendered as a voxel layer.
