Currently, we have no plans to address this in ArcMap.Workaround
1. In the Layout View, double-click the Legend to bring up the Properties. 2. Click the Items Tab. 3. Click the Symbol Button. 4. Change the Size (Pulldown to set a different size). This is only corrected by choosing the “Apply to whole item” option. 5.Click OK. Click OK.Steps to Reproduce
