1. Add temporary string fields to the attribute table.2. Use the Field Calculator to calculate the times into a string field.3. Use a SearchCursor on the string fields, reformat the strings to datetime objects.4. Perform the desired calculations that compare times.5. After the calculations have been run, delete the temporary string fields.Steps to Reproduce
