For a very large ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer (~650gb), ArcGIS Pro's Delete Rows tool reports success but does not consistently delete features.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Using a script for 'Select by Attribute' and Delete Rows reduces the failures, but they still occur intermittently.
