For a map service layer with one or more group layers, the sublayers of these group layers are not displaying using the property 'sublayers'. The 'sublayers' property is from the class 'MapImageLayer'.

This issue is no longer reproducible with the latest version of ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.13 and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1. If the issue persists, contact Esri Technical Support.
