Following the June 2025 ArcGIS Online update, the 'Share a link to a map at its current extent' feature in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer is not zooming as intended for the WTMS basemap from the Ordnance Survey (OS) Maps API (WMTS).

When the basemap does not include a zoom level, like in specific WMTS maps, currently, it is not feasible to ascertain the precise zoom level within the URL parameter. Esri will explore this further in the future for any solutions.Steps to Reproduce
