Following the ArcGIS Online October 2023 update, location settings do not auto-detect the location information type if 'Residence' is used as the field name/header when publishing from a file.

Additional Information

This was an intended change in October 2023 release. If the "Address" field is not present in the table, None is auto-selected under Location settings and user needs to change this manually to use the location information as they need.
