Bug
Following the ArcGIS Online November 2024 update, the username header in the CSV file template to invite users has changed and will default to a username standard of #_<orgShortName> if the prior template is used.

Workaround
To avoid the default username created when using 'Username' as header, manually adjust the username column name to be 'ArcGIS username'
