Following an upgrade from Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 to 10.4.1, the widgets in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS applications built using the Tab theme in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3 fail to close.

Workaround

Replace 'jimu/BaseWidgetPanel' with 'jimu/OnScreenWidgetPanel' in the Portal Item JSON configuration file.
