Bug

Following a deployment of ArcGIS 10.7.1 Enterprise using Azure Cloud Builder, the portal SSL certificate located under portaladmin > security > SSLCertificates cannot be viewed, as the page redirects back to portal/home.

Workaround

The certificate can only be viewed through the FQDN:7443/arcgis/portaladmin, under security>SSLCertificates>portal.
