FMEENGINE-80900: When ArcGIS Data Interoperability is installed and the Data Interoperability check box is unchecked in the licensing dialog box, the ArcGIS Data Interoperability app is functional from the Windows Start menu only when the ArcGIS Pro license type is Concurrent Use.
