Flex Net Licensing Service causes a Blue Screen of Death (VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT at CLASSPNP.SYS) when running the Software Authorization Wizard and/or when the system is idle.

Additional Information

This is third party related and virtually impossible to reproduce in-house reliably. Most cases are solved by updating Windows drivers.

Workaround

This seems to be caused by a Windows driver conflict and the Flex Net Licensing Service. Switching all possible drivers to those provided by the machine vendor (even if older) has proven successful in stabilizing these issues.
