Additional Information
The spatial filter uses 'intersects', all polygons touching the boundary of the selected polygon are selected. This is the observed behavior with the provided dashboard and the reason the gauge element does not display the selected county.Workaround
Use a filter based on a common field instead of a spatial filter.
