The scene layer package (SLPK) is the cached version of the data and database queries are not supported. To enable some functionality such as filtering and smart mapping, the SLPK contains a set of cached (reduced) field statistics. However, these statistics are limited in functionality. Such as this case, the SLPK are unable to store every unique values for every fields as some fields might contains millions of unique values.Workaround
Use a layer published directly from ArcGIS Pro, which comes with an associated feature layer. Scene Viewer uses the associated feature layer to query values from the database.Steps to Reproduce
