In order to create a feature with the fillet tool at some point out in space the 2 lines must intersect. They cannot be parallel.Workaround
Using Arc Tool we can create curves. Another workaround is to create a straight line segment where you want the curve. Select the new line click edit vertices and right click on the line segment and from Change Segment menu select circular arc. This will change the segment to an arc, where you can control the radius and the side it curves to.Steps to Reproduce
