This was logged for version of ArcGIS Workflow Manager that is retired. If this bug is experienced in a newer version of ArcGIS Workflow Manager, reach out to Esri Technical Support.Workaround
- Close the ArcGIS Workflow Manager JavaScript Viewer and log in again to allow the file to be attached to a second job.
- In the second job, choose a different file as an embedded attachment and then attach the original file to the job.
