Additional Information

File geodatabases with a linear referencing system (LRS) in place can't be renamed within ArcMap. You can rename the geodatabase directly through File Explorer.

Workaround

In ArcGIS Pro, you can successfully rename file geodatabases having advanced linear feature classes.
