Bug
Field name in pop-up attributes displays F1, F2, F3, etc. instead of displaying the name of the header in the spreadsheet and when sharing a layer to ArcGIS Online from Esri Maps for Office using Microsoft Excel, the field name is dropped and replaced by F1, F2, etc.

Additional Information
The column names need to be unique. This is the reason F +"no" is used as column names. You will always see the alias name in popup and table viewWorkaround
Esri Maps for Office 2.1.5 does not display this behavior. This behavior only occurs in Esri Maps for Office 3.0.Steps to Reproduce
