Field length property cannot be updated on the new field with the same name when the 'Keep track of created and updated features' setting is enabled.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Navigate to the item details page, on the Settings tab, disable the 'Keep track of created and updated features' setting.
- On the Data tab, delete the 'Test' field.
- Add a new String field named 'Test' with a length of 1500.
- Navigate to the item details page, on the Settings tab, enable the 'Keep track of created and updated features' setting.
- Add an attribute value in the 'Test' field with a length greater than 1500. The attribute value is added to the feature truncated to a value of 1500.
