This is a duplicate of NIM060790.Workaround
Workaround:1. Do not use field names for text string inputs in the field calculator.2. Make a new field name for the field that is causing issues and copy the original values over then do the field calculation.3. Using calculator terms such as LCase or UCase will correct the behavior. For example, "I am running a" & LCase("test").Steps to Reproduce
