This is a limitation in Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) and will not be addressed. Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). This issue is not reproducible in the ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). We recommend users use Map Viewer for all their workflows.Workaround
