Features in a Line Feature class with a ShapeLength of 0 published to ArcGIS Online with the Share As Web Scene Tool does not show up in Scene Viewer in ArcGIS Online, but it shows up in Scene Viewer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1/10.7.1.

Additional Information
The Portal and ArcGIS Online are using different type of geometry storage mechanism. This is a known limitation for ArcGIS Online at this moment, we may consider to put an enhancement in the future.Workaround

Publish to Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 or Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1. It is viewed as a feature that has a ShapeLength that is equal to 0 and not equal to 0 in Scene Viewer in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 or Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1.
