Bug

Features in a layer package do not show up in the "List by Drawing Order" List by Layer option of the TOC when dragged and dropped from the search window and DIRECTLY INTO the TOC. The layer will show up in the other List by Layer options for the TOC.

Workaround

Drag and drop the lpk into the data view window. ** This only works if done prior to attempting to drag/drop the lpk to the TOC **
