Bug
Features do not appear on the map on loading in the Crowdsource Reporter app if the user allows the browser to know the user location and the location is outside the default extent of the web map.

Additional Information
This behavior is as designed to improve the loading speed of the application and to focus the user experience on the area immediately around the user. If users are expected to access the application from outside the area where features exist, the app can be configured to ignore user location when loading the app using the option in the Search Radius section of the Reports tab on the configuration panel.Steps to Reproduce
