Features disappear when zoomed in, if the feature class was created inside the geodatabase that was created in ArcGIS 9.3.

Delete the spatial index of the feature class and recalculate it.In ArcCatalog, right click on the feature class > Properties > Indexes TAB > Spatial index > Delete > Recalculate > Apply. 2. Update the geodatabase from 9.3 tSteps to Reproduce
