Additional Information
The issue is not reproducible in the latest version of the ArcGIS Pro 3.0 built with the latest server. Users are recommended to update the Portal for ArcGIS server to the latest version.Workaround
Create a new polygon feature and use Copy and Paste from the clipboard to copy the geometry from the footprint and paste it into the new polygon feature.
