Additional Information

This is a known limitation in the Map Viewer Classic which will not be addressed. The Map Viewer Classic (3.x version of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript) is now deprecated (See deprecation notice https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). Use the Map Viewer (4.x version of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript) for all workflows.
