Feature layers using picture marker symbols are unable to be drawn in ArcGIS Collector (Aurora) after publishing from ArcMap.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior and is data specific. The feature service published from ArcMap is symbolized using a rotation field which does not exist within the schema of the feature service. Therefore, the features are unable to be displayed within the app. Removing the symbol rotation from the web map or specifying a valid field resolves the issue and allows the features to display in the map.

Workaround

Change the symbology of the feature to a simple marker symbol before publishing.
