Workaround

Use less than five consecutive underscores when naming a field. Underscores are inserted into feature layer field names during the publishing process to replace special characters that ArcGIS Online doesn't support. To avoid unexpected underscores in the field names, only use alphanumeric characters and underscores in the source data.
