Feature layers appear in a zigzag pattern in the ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer if the vertices along the line feature are close to each other.

Additional Information
This is a known limitation of the Scene Viewer and any 4.x based JS applications. The last release of ArcGIS Online (September 2017) made an adjustment to alleviate the problem, which improves many cases but it doesn't solve it completely. The problem is known and are working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately, the fix is not available in the next release. Thus this is close as a known limitation for now, but check back in early/mid 2018 for a solution.Steps to Reproduce
