Use GUID field instead or code from http://edn.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=codeExch.sampleDetail&pg=/arcobjects/9.1/Samples/Geodatabase/Accessing_Data/Adding%20and%20Removing%20GlobalID%20columns.htm, to creat the GlobalID filed.Call the model from the script:http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.3/index.cfm?id=796&pid=786&topicname=Running_a_model_from_a_script
