Additional Information

The provided XLSForm has the geopoint question set to 'null', therefore the geometry is not written to the layer. As there needs to be geometry in order to reference the location, the 'null' specification for the bind::esri:fieldType value must be removed.

Workaround

To avoid this issue, delete the goepoint input from the survey.
