Failure to delete a feature class containing primary key referenced by foreign keys in other tables creates inconsistency in system tables.

Additional Information

DBMS-level foreign keys on geodatabase tables are not created, used or managed by ArcGIS software. The user is responsible for removing these prior to operations like dropping a table. Oracle & SQL Server will not automatically drop dependencies either - they must be removed before dropping the tables.
