This issue is not reproducible. The directory needs to be accessible by both machines.Workaround
- Drop the standby spatiotemporal datastore from the command line or from server admin.
- Run the describedatastore again to ensure there is only a primary spatiotemporal datastore and no standby.
- Run the configurebackuplocation command again.
- Select configurebackuplocation > store spatiotemporal > location <shareddirectory> >operation register.
- Run successful.
- Register the standby spatiotemporal datastore back again.
