There are limits to the number of vertices allowed by Oracle. Refer to https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/error-000224-cannot-insert-features-limit-for-max-of-or-000032169 for more information.Workaround
Use the Dice tool to apply a vertex limit to the Godzilla features.
