Workaround
*** Manually enter the SRID in SQL Server ****This workaround is not recommended since they are a distributor we will let them know, but they have to be aware that this is not supported.o Start SQL Server 2005o go to the sde 9.1 databaseo expand the table and open "sde_spatial_references" --> find out the SRID theree.g. 5o then open "sde.GDB_FeatureDataset", search for row which has the name of the newly created feature dataset e.g. Test_FD, notice that the SRID column did not populated correctly. It appears as "0", then manually change from "0" to "5".o refresh and close the sqlserver 05o refresh arccatalog connection --> right click to the properites of feature dataset and now, you should not receiving anymore error meg.
