This problem is no longer reproducible with the Create View tool in ArcCatalogWorkaround
1. Create the spatial view in sdebinary.or2. eGDB tool succeeded created a spatial view.--> This is a sample tool from online and please let the customer know that this is unsupported though.or3. Remove the -a optioSteps to Reproduce
