Fail to publish a feature service which contains multiple layers with the same feature class alias, and the bottom layer has attachments enabled in ArcGIS Desktop.

Additional Information
The issue is not reproducible.Workaround
- Rename the alias in the file geodatabase, then re-add the layers to the map.
- Zip up the file geodatabase and upload to ArcGIS Online, then publish it as a hosted feature service.
