Extent change triggers fail to activate on the Map widgets that are not in the initial view of an ArcGIS Experience Builder web app.

Additional Information

This is as designed. When the sidebar is collapsed by default, zooming Map1 triggers an Extent Change event. However, Map2 is located in the second section of the collapsed sidebar and has not yet loaded, so it cannot receive the Extent Change message action. When the sidebar is expanded, Map2 will load automatically. After that, if the sidebar is collapsed again, Map2 will be able to receive the message action normally when Map1 is zoomed.
