Additional Information

For performance reasons, the XML indexes have been removed from all SQL Server enterprise geodatabases starting with ArcGIS Pro 3.3. Upgrading from the ArcGIS Pro 3.1.7 and 3.2.4 patched releases also removes those indexes.

Workaround

Manually add and view the XML indexes to a geodatabase in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
